Evergreen Pacific Processing LLC does not:
- Take residential mortgage loan applications
- Quote rates, points, fees, credits, or payment terms
- Recommend loan products
- Negotiate loan terms
- Issue preapprovals
- Make underwriting or credit decisions
- Represent itself as the borrower’s lender, broker, or loan originator
- Provide mortgage loan advice directly to consumers
