Evergreen Pacific Processing LLC provides third-party mortgage processing support to licensed mortgage companies and licensed mortgage loan originators. In that role, we may receive limited personal information needed to assist with mortgage loan processing.

- Communications related to loan processing status, conditions, or document collection
How information is used
We use information only to provide processing support, communicate with appropriate transaction parties, maintain business and compliance records, respond to complaints, and satisfy legal, regulatory, contractual, or licensing obligations.
Information sharing
We may share information with the licensed mortgage company, lender, broker, mortgage loan originator, settlement service provider, vendor, regulator, or other party involved in the loan transaction or required by law. We do not sell consumer personal information.
Security
Evergreen Pacific Processing LLC maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect consumer information. Consumers should not send sensitive personal information through unsecured channels unless instructed by their licensed mortgage professional or an approved secure document system.
Role limitation
Evergreen Pacific Processing LLC is not a lender, broker, or mortgage loan originator for consumers. Questions about loan terms, pricing, disclosures, credit decisions, underwriting, approvals, or denials should be directed to the licensed mortgage professional or lender responsible for the transaction.
